Returns

Would you like to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help! You can return your purchase up to 30 days after the delivery date.

You can easily do so here!

 

- What are the return conditions?

Return period

We have a 30-day return period during which the customer may return their package without giving a reason. These 30 days start from the moment the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 30 days.

oliviadenim does not offer refunds for items that are on sale. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or exchanged for store credit.

For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot issue a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product. If you only want to exchange one of the items, return only the one you want to exchange and keep the other.

 

Return conditions
All items must be returned to us unworn and unwashed so that they are suitable for resale. The labels must still be attached to the item.


- What are the return costs?

Returns are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you are returning your package.


- How long does it take to exchange a product?

If you indicate when registering your return that you want to exchange a product, we will start processing this immediately. This way, we can ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.


- What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?

Ask our customer service department about the options. We will give you an update on when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already created your return shipment and the product is sold out, we will contact you and work with you to find a solution.


- Where can I find my order number to register my return shipment?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email, our customer service team will be happy to help you.

 

- What should I do if a product is defective or damaged upon delivery?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipping or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to info@oliviadenim.com with a photo of the complaint. Our customer service team will then work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.

 

- What should I do if I want to return my order after the return period has expired?

Please remember to return your order within 30 days before the return period expires. If this is not possible, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a voucher. Ask our customer service team about the options.

 

- Let's work together for a more sustainable environment!

Our products are shipped directly from an international warehouse, which means that the return process is handled by this warehouse in China. According to European legislation, a Dutch return address is not mandatory in this case, as long as this is clearly stated in advance.

- How long will it take to get my money back?

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return shipment at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 business days. You can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse on the track and trace information you receive with your return shipment. The 10 working days start from that moment. Once the refund has been made, you will receive a notification. Please note that it can take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
