Shipping

All our products are shipped to the customer using a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping! So you don't need a code for free shipping, it's simply applied at checkout.

Orders can only be canceled or changed shortly after the order has been placed. It takes 1 business day for your order to be processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and you can expect your order based on the timeline below. Please note: delivery times are estimates.

oliviadenim only ships on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Please note that during holidays and promotional days, the processing and shipping of your order may take longer due to the large number of orders.

Our products are delivered directly from our international suppliers. As a result, delivery times may be slightly longer than you are used to from local webshops.

If your package arrives damaged or defective, please send an email to info@oliviadenim.com with photos of the damage so that we can assist you further.
